At checkout there will be a promotion code/gift card entry box located under the shipping field information. Please insert your promotion code and or gift card number and hit submit/update. If your order was placed Monday through Thursday, it will be shipped the same day, or the day after. If your order was placed on a Friday the order will be shipped the following week on Monday. After each purchase you will receive an a customer email notification with your purchase information as well as an estimated ship date and arrival of your products.
Yes. We accept both returns and exchanges. Please send us a email to info@aidenlane.com if you would like to make a return. You can return the items for refund or replacement. Refund will be credited in the same method the customer paid. Merchandise returned is the responsibility of buyers until the items reach us at our warehouse.
